Each symbol is sold only once. On purchase, the buyer receives exclusive, worldwide commercial rights for one designated brand identity, on a perpetual basis under the agreement. The symbol is withdrawn from sale.
CUSTOMIZATION & APPLICATIONS
You may adapt the artwork, pair it with typography and other design elements, and use it in your brand's commercial and promotional materials. Designers and agencies may work with the files for the designated brand.
ONE BRAND. NO RESALE.
Standalone resale or redistribution of the original symbol or source files is not allowed. The symbol cannot be independently reused for unrelated brands. Transfers connected to the designated brand are subject to the agreement.
PORTFOLIO & TRADEMARK
Arkadë Katalog retains limited rights to display the work in its portfolio and historical archive, as described in the agreement. Trademark registration is not guaranteed; buyers should carry out appropriate searches.
